Anthony Samavova is a seasoned biopharmaceutical professional with over 25 years of experience providing professional and operational leadership across drug development, clinical supply, and commercial manufacturing. His expertise spans a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including vaccines, oncology, immuno-oncology, immunotherapies, monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, plasmids, and other therapeutic proteins.

Mr. Samavova has guided early-stage research through full clinical and commercial manufacturing, supporting product launches in over 50 countries. He has contributed to regulatory filings in the U.S. and EU (IND/IMPD, BLA/MAA) and has extensive experience authoring CMC sections, Quality Overall Summaries, and modules for pre-IND, IND, NDA, BLA, PAS, and Master Files in accordance with ICH M4Q.

His work includes collaborations with global health and research organizations such as the WHO, CEPI, IVI, NIH, and U.S. government programs for medical countermeasures funded by the DoD, BARDA, and DARPA. He has led supply chain risk management programs, technology transfers, CMO/CRO oversight, and the design of cold-chain packaging and logistics for temperature-sensitive products.

Anthony's operational leadership also encompasses process development and validation, aseptic fill-finish, gap analysis for regulatory readiness, lean manufacturing initiatives, and preparation for facility inspections. He is experienced in clinical and commercial manufacturing for parenteral drugs, vaccines, and protein therapeutics, including both liquid and lyophilized formulations.
